At Roi we offer a premium subscription to the app that get's you access to several features that help you grow your net worth. If at any time you wish to cancel or opt out of your premium membership (including any free trial), this doc will walk you through how to do that.
Cancelling your subscription through Apple
If you initially purchased your premium membership through Apple, you can cancel your subscription to Premium directly through the App Store or your iCloud settings on your device.
Cancelling your subscription through Stripe
There are two ways to cancel your membership to Roi Premium or any free trial you are currently part of.
Note: that if you cancel your free trial before it ends, you will retain access to Premium until the trial ends and you won't be billed at the end.
Cancel through the app (preferred)
You can cancel your subscription directly through the app through Home -> Settings (profile picture on top left) -> Manage Subscription -> Cancel
. This will open a direct link into your Stripe billing portal that let's you cancel your subscription directly.

You can also cancel your subscription using the portal powered by Stripe here: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/dR63cr9YWcCI69a9AA.
Note: The email you enter here should be the email you signed up with and not any email you want to receive the portal link to. If you signed up with Apple using private relay emails, you sometimes might receive the email in spam. If this doesn't work, try cancelling through the app directly.
Modifying Your Subscription Plan
You can follow the same steps as above to modify your current subscription to Roi Premium and do things like change between our monthly and annual plans.
When you change from Annual -> Monthly, you will be credited all remaining time on your annual plan and it will apply automatically to your next subscription.

We'll process your request ASAP and get back to you generally within 1-3 business days.
