Why do my charts look different?

We've rearchitected our charts to support sub-account filtering.

If your account was connected before May 1st, you might notice that your portfolio chart history prior to that date looks different. This is because we recently updated our charting system to support one of our most requested features: the ability to filter and hide sub-accounts.

To enable this new functionality, we had to switch to a completely new architecture. As part of this migration, your old chart data was replaced with an estimated “backfill” of performance going back one year. This estimate is based on your current holdings and historical price data as of the time of the migration.

We understand how valuable your historical data is, and we want to make sure you’re not caught off guard by the change.

Can I get my old chart data back?

Yes — if you prefer to keep your original chart history, we can manually revert your account back to the old system. Please note, though, that doing so will mean you won’t be able to use the new sub-account filtering and hiding features.

If you'd like us to make this change for you, just reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
