Why have my accounts gone to $0?

Some Plaid connections may show $0 balances. Here’s how to quickly fix it.

If you’ve connected accounts through Plaid, you may notice that certain account balances are displaying as $0. This happened due a recent one-time Plaid outage issue, causing some connections to drop. Going forward, this outage is resolved.

How to fix it:
The quickest solution is to remove and re-add the affected accounts. Here’s how:

  1. Open Settings (top left corner of the home screen).

  2. Select Manage accounts.

  3. Choose the account you want to fix.

  4. Scroll down and tap Remove account.

  5. Reconnect the account through Plaid.
