Roi Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Program Description

The Roi Referral Program ("Program") allows existing customers ("Referrers") to refer individuals ("Referred Customers") to the Roi Premium Product ("Roi") and earn rewards for successful referrals.

For each referral that results in a subscription to Roi Premium, which cannot be canceled or refunded within 30 days, the Referrer will receive 25% of the initial subscription cost from the Referred Customer. After that, the Referrer will continue to receive 25% of the subscription renewal for up to 1 year.

The referral reward will only be eligible for distribution after the Referred Customer has maintained a Roi Premium subscription with Roi for at least 30 days.

The Referred Customer must never have purchased Roi Premium previously to be eligible.

If a Referred Customer has a free trial, the 30-day period will not begin until the trial ends and the Referred Customer converts to a paid Roi Premium subscription.

If the Referred Customer cancels their subscription before 30 days, Roi reserves the right to reclaim the reward from the Referrer.

Rewards will be distributed to the Referrer’s Roi account within 15 business days after the 30-day period has passed, provided all conditions are met.

The program will start on August 21st, 2024, and run through the end of September 30th, 2024 (can be subject to change).

Example Rewards

Participation in the Referral Program is open to all Roi customers with a valid Roi Premium account. Participants must be U.S. residents and otherwise qualified to open a Roi Premium account. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Roi, as well as their household members, are not eligible for this offer. Additionally, employees of any securities or regulatory organization or exchange are excluded from participation.

Referrers may only refer individuals with whom they have a direct, personal relationship. Referrers may not share their referral code through spamming, commercial advertising, or other similar means.

Customers may earn up to $1,000 through the Referral Program. Once a customer has reached $1,000 in rewards, they may no longer participate in any Roi reward programs, though their referral link will remain valid.

Participation in the Referral Program serves as a one-time, limited waiver of privacy rights by both the Referrer and Referred Customer, whereby each may become aware that the other has an account relationship with Roi.

Roi reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any referral or Referrer found to be engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to self-referral using multiple email addresses or accounts, or any other form of manipulation of the program’s terms.

In order to prevent fraudulent activities, Referrers may be required to verify their identity before rewards are issued.

Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the rewards earned through this program. Roi may provide tax forms or other documentation as required by law, but it is the participant’s responsibility to report and pay any applicable taxes.

Rewards earned through the Referral Program are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder who earned them.

Referral links will remain active and valid until the end of the program on September 30, 2024, unless the program is extended or modified.

Any disputes arising from the Referral Program will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By participating in the program, you agree to submit to arbitration as the sole and exclusive method of resolving any disputes.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to indemnify and hold Roi harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the program.

Roi reserves the right to decline requests for the Referral Program and revoke or rescind any reward at its discretion. Roi may change or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion and without notice.
