1. Introduction

By participating in the Roi rewards program (the "Program"), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, which govern the Program, and understand that the terms of use may change at any time at Roi’s sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION. THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET, OR WHERE THE METHODS OF PARTICIPATION SET FORTH BELOW WOULD BE DEEMED CONSIDERATION. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY.

To participate in the Program:

You must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older.
Only Roi account holders who are in good standing are eligible to participate.
Employees of Roi, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
You cannot refer yourself, nor refer any accounts that you own.
You must be an active Roi Premium subscriber.

3. How the Program Works

Referrers can earn Rewards by inviting eligible individuals to become first-time Roi account holders ("Referred Users") using their personal invitation code.
The Rewards are as detailed in the Program details provided by Roi.
Rewards will only be distributed once the Referred User satisfies all qualifying actions and compliance checks.

4. Earning points

Points can be earned for completing a variety of in-app activities, which are subject to change over time
Points can only be redeemed for rewards offered in the app at the time of redemption and have no cash value
Points do not have an expiration date, which is subject to change in the future

Roi reserves the right to change, amend, limit or remove points, the point system, activities related to earning points, previously earned points and the program at any time, for any reason

5. Reward Structure

3,000 points: earn a free month of Roi Premium (value varies by location)
5,000 points: Earn a Roi Hat (value of $50 USD).
15,000 points: Earn $150 USD (value of $150 USD)
100,000 points: Earn a Rolex watch (Approx. MSRP of $9,750 USD).
500,000 points: Earn $10,000 in BTC (value of $10,000 USD)

The aforementioned rewards are subject to availability and Roi reserves the right to substitute each reward with an item or amount of equal or greater value.

Limited Availability and Tie-breaking:

All rewards have a limited quantity available and we reserve the right to change the quantity or rewards at any time, without notice.
In the event that multiple participants claim the same limited reward and there are an insufficient number of rewards remaining, the reward will be granted to the referrer who claims the reward first according to Roi’s system timestamps.
Participants are encouraged to regularly check the Roi app or website for updates regarding the availability of limited quantity rewards.

Notification and Substitution:

Roi will notify the winner of the limited-availability rewards promptly via their registered email or in-app notifications.
If the winner does not respond to the notification and claim the reward within a specified timeframe as indicated in the notification, the reward may be forfeited, and Roi may select an alternate winner.
Roi reserves the right to substitute any reward with another reward of equal or greater value in case of unavailability, for any reason, of the originally specified reward.
By participating in the Program, participants acknowledge the possibility of multiple individuals claiming the same reward and understand that the single available reward may be granted to another participant.

6. Valid referrals

In order to qualify as a referral, the referred person must:

Be a new user who is signing up for a Roi account for the first time
Enter a referral code during sign up
Sign up for a Roi Premium subscription and become a paid subscriber following any free trial period. For referred persons who do not become subscribers following the free trial, they will not be counted towards your valid referrals.

7. Receiving Rewards

Rewards are issued after the final Referred User needed to meet a reward milestone successfully completes the requirements listed under Valid Referrals.
Rewards will be sent to the Roi account holder within 30 days of the referring user meeting all the criteria needed to redeem the reward, has submitted the Reward Redemption form and all referrals have been validated.
If you have received a free month of Roi Premium, this will be credited towards your existing Roi Premium subscription.
For participants who claim the watch, note that there may be unforeseen delays in acquiring and delivering the watch based on supply issues.

8. Verification and Compliance Checks

Referred Users must use your personal invitation code upon sign-up.
In order to claim prizes worth more than $50 USD, Roi account holders must supply information to verify their identity.
Accounts are subject to fraud and compliance checks. Roi retains the right to withhold rewards if fraudulent behavior or account manipulation is detected.

9. General Conditions

Roi reserves the right to pause, modify, restrict, suspend, revoke, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Roi reserves the right to alter the Rewards Program amount or substitute rewards based on availability.
If Roi determines that any referral is not bona fide, or the Referrer or the Referred User has violated any of these terms, Roi reserves the right to decline issuance of the Reward.

10. Tax Liability

All tax liabilities arising from the Rewards are the sole responsibility of the Roi account holder and/or Referred User. Please consult your tax advisor if you have any questions about tax implications.

11. Disclaimer

Roi is not responsible for errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, deletions, delays, theft or unauthorized access to, or alterations of, referral activities, and reserves the right to correct errors in both advertising and program logistics.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes under these terms and conditions will be resolved by Roi, and its decisions regarding the dispute will be final and binding.

13. Agreement

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any modifications thereto.

Conclusion

Roi’s sole discretion and final judgment will apply to all matters relating to the Program, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into in relation to any decisions made regarding the Program.
